No. Most of our clients aren't home. As long as we have access and any specific instructions, we're good to go. Many people use lockboxes or keypad codes for entry.
Nope. We bring everything: cleaners, tools, vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths. If you prefer we use specific products you provide, just let us know.
Pets are fine. Just let us know about them when booking. If your dog barks at strangers or your cat hides under beds, it helps to give us a heads-up. We're comfortable around animals and will work around their routines.
Most homes take 2-4 hours with a two-person team. Larger homes or first-time cleanings may take longer. We don't rush; we'd rather spend the time needed to do it right.

You'll receive an email or text confirming your cleaning date, time window, and total cost. If you're a recurring client, you'll also see your ongoing schedule.
We send a reminder the day before your cleaning with the expected arrival time and your team leader's name.
Your team arrives during the scheduled window (typically 1-2 hours to account for traffic in the DMV area). They'll text when they're on the way if you've provided a mobile number.
If you're home, the team leader will check in with you about any specific priorities. If you're not home, they follow the plan discussed during booking.
We follow up to make sure everything met your standards. If you have any concerns, let us know within 24 hours and we'll address them.

Current Condition: A well-maintained home that’s regularly cleaned costs less per visit than a home that hasn’t been touched in months. First-time cleanings often cost more because there’s more buildup to address.
Frequency: Weekly cleanings cost less per visit than monthly because there’s less work each time. The more often we clean, the more efficient we become.
Specific Add-Ons: Inside ovens, inside refrigerators, interior windows, and other extras add to the baseline price.
Location and Access: Homes with difficult parking, multiple levels, or special access requirements may have minor adjustments.
