Our cleaning teams work between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Occasionally, our cleaning crews may need to stay past 6 p.m. to complete a job. We will make every effort to meet your arrival window.
You don't need to clean before we arrive. That's our job. It does help if surfaces are reasonably clear of personal items so our team can focus on the actual cleaning. If there's anything specific you'd like us to prioritize, just let us know when you book.
Many of our regular clients provide a key or entry code so service can be completed even when they're not home. For first-time clients, we ask that someone be available to let us in. If you choose to leave a key with us, it's stored securely and only used for your scheduled visits. You can ask us to return it at any time.
Before your first cleaning, please share your alarm code and the steps to follow if the alarm is triggered. If it goes off during our visit, our team will follow your instructions, whether that means entering the code, calling you, or contacting your alarm provider. We'll never leave your home unsecured.
